Innovative Interventions was started in 2006 to help individuals and families help themselves through home-based counseling. We offer mental and behavioral health counseling through home-based setting as well as office-based locations throughout Indianapolis. Our specialty is working with individuals that have Medicaid insurance. We are located at 9670 EAST WASHINGTON STREET in INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46229 in the IU Health Methodist Medical Plaza East building, Suite 200. Our focus is on individualized, professional, compassionate care for your mental health and peace of mind. Currently, we have 20 contracted therapists and are growing all the time.

Debra Dineff, MS, MFT

Debra is the CEO and Founder of  Innovative Interventions.  She has been working with children and families for over 15 years; within the foster care system, Department of Corrections, Department of Child Services and within the school systems.  She is an expert in strength-based therapy and innovative techniques.

Dr. Battocletti supervises the therapists at Innovative Interventions.  He has been a Licensed Clinical Psychologist since 1995, providing treatment to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings.  This includes working in community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice.

Priscilla has been with Innovative Interventions since 2013 as a Psychotherapist, working with children and adults in the community. Currently she is also acting in the role of Administrator/Hiring Manager with our private practice. Prior to starting with Innovative Interventions, she has worked in various therapeutic and supervisory roles with community mental health centers, a college counseling center, and a non-profit organization. She is passionate about providing high quality mental health treatment to individuals and families who are high-need and often in low-income status.
